South Pointe Manotick Is Taking Shape Fast
09/01/03 — The work has started on
the corner of Mitch Owens and Dozois Rd. to build a development
unmatched in the Ottawa Area. The corner is cleared of debris
and replaced by a stone retaining wall that will border the
exciting Village of South Pointe.
09/15/03 — Zoning
approval is passed by the City's Planning and Advisory Committee.
09/27/03 — The machines
are on site clearing the way for the first of many roadways
in South Pointe.
10/09/03 — South Pointe Manotick's
exciting web page is launched
